Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

6 to 8 hours
- 1.5lbs boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 tbsp buffalo / hot sauce
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- blue cheese crumbles
Put crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours. Place chicken breast, 1/4 cup water and a few tablespoons of hot sauce. Cover and cook for six hours.
Once the chicken is cooked fully, shred the chicken apart in the crockpot.
Mix together additinal hot sauce (minimum 3 tablespoons), cheddar cheese and greek yogurt. Mix in with shredded chicken in the crockpot. Wait til cheese melts, and it is ready to serve!
Serve on hamburger buns with shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles as a garnish.
